Candidates will apply systemic approaches to close identified gaps in human performance.
Artifact 1: HPI Report: Improving Teacher Compliance with the Ticketing System
Course: MEDT 8465: Human Performance Improvement
Description:
Our team-created Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Report serves as the artifact for Wolf Creek Elementary School. The report examines the performance gap regarding third-grade educators' failure to implement the technical ticketing system as mandated which resulted in an 83% non-compliance rate. I helped analyze performance gaps while collecting data and creating specific interventions through establishing guidelines and implementing accountability systems. The evaluation process included analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data from surveys and interviews and document analyses to determine systemic problems and create implementable solutions. The work directly implements SLO 3 by using a systemic method to diagnose and resolve educational performance challenges.

Artifact 2: Individual Reflection Report on the HPI Process
Course: MEDT 8465: Human Performance Improvement
Description:
Through the HPI model development process I learned to move away from immediate solutions and towards permanent systemic solutions. I explain the group work experience and how the combination of different viewpoints helped me to identify the basic performance problems. The reflection describes my difficulties in handling the conflicting opinions while trying to balance my educational responsibilities and data analysis duties and how these experiences changed my professional practice. The artifact shows my development of systemic thinking and comprehensive analysis skills which can be applied to real-world performance issues as per SLO 3.

Reflection
The artifacts show my capability to use systemic approaches for closing performance gaps in educational settings. The HPI Report established a comprehensive data-based method to diagnose and resolve the problem of teachers' low technical support requests. I learned about the importance of clear communication and accountability and continuous improvement through analyzing multiple data sources and developing targeted interventions together with others. My individual reflection shows how I transitioned from basic problem-solving to a strategic and comprehensive approach. The integrated experience has improved my analytical and problem-solving abilities while providing me with skills to develop sustainable effective solutions for my professional work. I will use these insights to enhance instructional support systems and create a more efficient educational environment in my future work.
