Reflection
These artifacts underscore my ability to collaborate effectively. The HPI Report demonstrates how group work produces creative answers to difficult challenges and the Instructional Design Project illustrates how group work leads to the development of learner-centered instructional materials. Through my collaborative work I have developed my practice while building an environment that promotes learning and ongoing improvement.
